Refund Policy

Introduction
"Graceways LLC " is committed to your satisfaction. If you have purchased digital/hard goods/subscription from Graceways LLC and are unhappy with the product received, you may be eligible for a refund/partial refund if requested within 14 days of the original purchase date or subsequent charges.

Non-returnable/refundable Items:

The Books: Just keep them. There will be no refund of shipping costs.
​If you received a 1-on-1 session as part of being a contributer, there will be no refund of that month's membership fee.

Refunds of Digital/Subscription Based Goods:
To be eligible for a refund on any digital/subscription based goods, the following steps must be taken:
Refund must be requested in writing by contacting support@lettinggouniversity.com, though you can also contact Sam/support via Telegram or phone.

Request of refund must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date or subsequent charge. Any charge older than 14 days is non-refundable. Exceptions may be made at the discretion of our support team.

If you received a 1 on 1 session, there will be no refund of that month's membership fee if it was part of your membership as a contributor.

If you decide to cancel your membership to Letting Go University, we will refund the fee for the current month if the request is submitted within 14 days of the last charge. Ex. A user subscribed for 3 months, and decided to cancel during the third month, we will only refund the third month if a request is submitted within 14 days from being charged for the 3rd month.

Refunds of 1-on-1 Session Fees
​To be eligable for refunds of 1-on-1 Session Fees, you must submit the request within 14 days of purchase and not have already had the session.

If you bought a package of session for a discounted rate, refunds of remaining sessions may or may not be possible, it is up to the discretion of our support team, and if refunded,  sessions already used will be considered full non-discounted price.
